大数据视域下高校图书馆社会服务现状与创新研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆的社会服务首次出现在《普通高等学校图书馆规程》中，代表了高校图书馆未来的发展趋向，映射出社会公众对高校图书馆不断增长的高需求，以社会公众需求为切人点展开高校图书馆社会服务研究，揭示高校馆藏资源从生成到利用全过程的动态特征和规律，从而发挥高校馆藏资源的再生功能，这既推动了社会智慧知识服务的进程，又有利于挖掘、释放高校图书馆馆藏资源的社会价值。The social service of university library appears for the first time in the ＂Articles of Association of University Library＂ ,which represents the future development trend of the university library and reflects the increasing demand of the social public for the university library. This article starts from the social public demand, and makes the research of university library social service, reveals the dynamic characteristics and laws of the university collection resources from generation to utilization,and thus makes the library play a role in the regeneration of collection resources in colleges and universities,which not only promotes the process of social intellectual knowledge service but also facilitates the excavation and release of the social value of the library collection resources in the colleges and universities.
