摘　　要：构建高校图书馆纸本图书购置经费评价模型，对于图书馆资源建设工作的科学管理，提高读者的满意度具有重要意义。评价模型应用模糊数学原理，基础数据来源于读者图书借阅记录和专家依据学校实际的评分记录。模型搭建时采取双层结构，先建模计算出图书价值、图书分布、更新率三个因素的隶属度，再将这三个因素作为图书权重的影响因素建立第二层模糊综合评价模型，计算出每种（类）图书的权重，以此作为图书购置经费评价标准的主要依据。提供了一种基于模糊综合评价的图书购置经费评价标准制定的依据和方案，方案具有一定的合理性和可操作性。It is a great significance to find out the evaluation scheme for paper documents purchasing in university libraries, with regard to scientific management of books acquisitioning and improvement of readers＇ satisfaction. The evaluation model is based on fuzzy mathematics theory, in which the bas- ic data of the model comes from readers＇ check out records and the expert rating according to the u- niversity. The model is built with hierarchy process, and the first model is used to calculate the mem- bership value of the book value, the book distribution and the update rate. Then, those three factors are used as the influencing factors of the book to establish the second fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the weight of each category book, as the purchasing scheme based on the program. This pa- per provides a basis and scheme for the allocation of books purchasing funds based on fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation. The scheme has certain rationality and operationality.
