摘　　要：树突状细胞（dendritic cells，DCs）的功能与其成熟与否密切相关。成熟DCs表现为表面MHCⅡ分子水平升高、共刺激分子的表达上调以及促炎性因子产生增加。CD40和CD40L（CD40 ligand）均表达于各种免疫细胞表面，二者相互作用可参与T细胞活化、B细胞增殖分化及抗体的转换等过程，此外，还可以激活多种信号通路诱导DCs的成熟从而参与免疫应答，在固有免疫和适应性免疫的发生发展中发挥重要作用。The function of dendritic cells（DCs）is closely related to their maturation.The features of mature DCs are elevated surface MHCⅡ levels, increased the expression of costimulatory molecules and increased proinflammatory cytokines.CD40 and CD40 ligand（CD40L）are both expressed in various immune cell surface.Their interaction is involved in the activation of T-cells, the proliferation and differentiation of B-cells and switching of antibodies.In addition, the interaction of CD40 and CD40L can also induce the maturation of DCs to participate in the immune response by activating multiple signaling pathways, which play an important role in the development of innate and adaptive immunity.
