摘 要:炎症和缺氧是相互依存的,缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)作为缺氧的关键调节剂,会根据氧含量的差异作用于不同的通路进而发挥作用,然而由于病原体感染和自身免疫性疾病的种类是复杂多样的,HIF-1α在不同的疾病中扮演的角色也将各不相同,因此有必要对HIF-1α在各种免疫细胞、病原体感染和自身免疫性疾病的炎症和病理活动中的作用进行综述。There is an interdependence between inflammation and anoxia. Hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF1α), as a crucial adjuster of anoxia, acts differently through multiple pathways according to differen oxy- gen content. The role of HIF-1α is also different in different diseases,because of the diversity of pathogens infec- tion and autoimmune diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to review the role of HIF-1αi n inflammatory and patho- logical activities in various immune cells,pathogen infections and autoimmune diseases.
