摘　　要：目的:对鞘内注射配合针刀齐刺松拨治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床观察。方法:将屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组鞘内注射配合针刀齐刺松拨治疗,对照组封闭治疗,观察近远期疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用鞘内注射配合针刀齐刺松拨治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎近远期疗效满意,安全可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical effects on stenosing tendon synovitis of flexor treated with intrathecal injection combined with needle knife and triple needle debonding-stiring therapy. Method： 120 cases of stenosing tendon synovitis of flexor were randomized into a treated group（60 cases） and a control group（60 cases）. The treated group was accepted intrathecal injection and needle knife and triple needle debonding-stiring therapy. The control group was taken block therapy. The short and long term effects were observed after treatment. Results： The VAS score after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The short and long term effects on stenosing tendon synovitis of flexor treated with intrathecal injection combined with needle knife and triple needle debonding-stiring therapy were satisfied, safe and reliable.
