摘  要:为保障三坐标测量机测量结果的准确度和可信度,对三坐标测量机校准综合示值误差进行了分析。依据JJF1064-2010《三坐标测量机》校准规范,选取经校验的量块作为主标准器校准三坐标测量机,阐述了标准器测量模型基本原理及测量过程中方位及尺寸要求,依据测量模型,建立测量不确定度评定模型,根据GUM法获得各个主要误差源的传递因数,分析计算各不确定度分量,最终得到扩展标准不确定度U=(0.20+1.95L/1000)μm,k=2。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of the three coordinate measuring machine,this paper analyzed the calibration comprehensive indication error of the three coordinate measuring machine.The calibrated gauge was selected to calibrate three coordinate measuring on the basis of " JJF1064-2010" three coordinate measuring machine calibration specification.This paper introduced the basic principle of standard measurement model,range and size requirements in the measurement process,build the model of measurement uncertainty evaluation,obtained the transfer factor of the main error sources based on the GUM method,calculated the component of each uncertainty.Finally get extension standard uncertainty U=(0.20+1.95 L/1000)μm,k=2.
