摘 要:与传统电感镇流器相比,高强度气体放电灯(HID)具有安全、节能的优势,以成为当今照明行业的发展局势。介绍了一种主要用于花卉照明方面上,1kW高压钠灯的两级式电子镇流器设计过程。从声谐振的抑制,逆变电路的工作原理、主电路参数设计以及点火电路等关键技术进行了阐述,采用低频方波叠加高频信号的控制策略抑制了声谐振并利用谐振产生了高压脉冲的启动方式。其中低频控制了输出的频率,高频控制了输出的可调幅值。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink验证了电路设计的合理性。Compared with the traditional inductance ballast,the high-intensity gas discharge lamp has the advantage of safety and energy saving,so as to become the development trend of today's lighting industry.It introduces a design of the two stage electronic ballast,which is mainly used for flower lighting,and the 1 kW high-pressure sodium lamp.From the suppression of acoustic resonance,the working principle of inverter circuit,the design of main circuit parameters and ignition circuit are expounded.The control strategy of low frequency square wave superposition and high frequency signal suppresses acoustic resonance,and the starting mode of high voltage pulse is generated by resonance.The frequency of the output is controlled by low frequency,and the adjustable amplitude of the output is controlled by high frequency.Finally,the rationality of the circuit design is verified by MATLAB/simulink.
