摘 要:建立交通基础设施-经济-环境协调度评价模型是衡量地区各个系统发展水平互相协调的重要依据,在响应国家节能减排政策和“交通强国”战略的同时,又能促进地区经济、环境的可持续发展。本文针对各个系统发展现状,从系统发展速度相互协调的角度,提出交通基础设施、经济发展和环境系统间协调度计算方法。并通过建立系统评价指标体系,衡量交通基础设施-经济-环境系统的系统协调发展水平。基于对2011~2015年唐山市的交通基础设施-经济-环境系统的实例分析验证该方法的准确性,对唐山市系统协调发展水平进行评价分析。最后,对唐山市的交通基础设施、经济和环境系统的发展提供理论依据,并提出发展策略和建议。Establishing a traffic infrastructure-economic-environmental coordination evaluation model is an important basis for measuring the coordination of various system development levels in the region. In response to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policies, it can also promote regionaleconomic and environmental sustainable development. In view of the status quo of each system, from the perspective of mutual coordination of system development speed, the paper proposes a method to calculate the coordination degree of traffic infrastructure, economic development and environmental system. Moreover, an evaluation index system was established to analyze the coordinated development level of the transportation infrastructure-economy-environment system. Through the analysis of the example of traffic infrastructure- economy-environment system in Tangshan City from 2011 to 2015, the accuracy of this method is verified. At the same time, the system coordinated development level of Tangshan City is evaluated and analyzed. Finally, it provides a theoretical basis for the development of transportation infrastructure, economy and environmental system in Tangshan and proposes development strategies and suggestions.
