摘 要:本文从理论分析和实验测试两方面对比R410A与R134a的制冷剂特性及低温性能表现,实验结果表明,在相同两器配置下,R410A热泵汽车空调系统可以减少压缩机排量,同时制热量尤其是低温制热量有大幅度提升,外环温度-12℃下能效比达到1.6W/W以上;另一方面,R410A热泵汽车空调系统工作压力是R134a系统的2倍左右,在设计R410A系统时管路及元器件耐压要进行相应的优化。综合评价后认为R410A比R134a更加适合应用于热泵汽车空调中。This article compared the refrigerant characteristics and low temperature performance of R410 A and R134 a from theoretical analysis and experimental testing. The experimental results show that R410 A heat pump automotive air conditioning system can reduce the compressor displacement in the same heat exchangers configuration, and the heating capacity is especially Low-temperature heating has been greatly improved, the out temperature of-12℃ under the energy efficiency ratio of 1.6 W/W or more; on the other hand, R410 A heat pump air conditioning system working pressure is about 2 times of R134 a has a system, in the design of R410 A system piping and components of pressure to do the corresponding optimization.
