基于微信群的团体心理辅导在降低重度颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑的作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨基于微信群的团体心理辅导在降低重度颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑的作用及在预防陪护与医务人员产生矛盾和纠纷的作用。方法：选取2017年1—9月100例重度颅脑损伤患者的家属共100人,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组50人,干预组采用基于微信群的团体心理辅导,对照组采用常规的护理宣教,分别于陪护24小时内和陪护1个月后应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估心理焦虑水平。结果：两组人员在陪护24小时内的SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.160,P=0.860）。在陪护1个月后,对照组焦虑水平高于实验组（t=-2.020,P=0.044）。实验组陪护与医务人员发生争执、医疗纠纷的人次数明显低于对照组（χ~2=4.396,P=0.036）。结论：基于微信群的团体心理辅导在降低颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑的作用显著,在预防陪护与医务人员产生矛盾和纠纷的作用显著。Objective：To explore the role of group counseling based on WeChat group in reducing family members＇ anxiety in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and its role in preventing escorts and medical personnel from creating conflicts and disputes.Methods：A total of 100 family members of 100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected as subjects in January 2017-September 2017,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 50 people in each group;The intervention group used group counseling based on WeChat,the control group was treated with routine nursing education,the level of psychological anxiety was assessed by the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）in 24 hours and one month after accompanying.Results：There was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups at 24 hours（P〉0.05）.The level of anxiety in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group（t=-2.020,P〈0.05）after one month of escort.The number of medical disputes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（χ~2=4.396,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Group counseling based on WeChat has a significant effect on reducing family anxiety in patients with craniocerebral injury,and plays a significant role in the prevention of contradictions and disputes between the escorts and medical personnel
