儿童期受虐待大学生的主观幸福感及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的：探究儿童期受虐待大学生的主观幸福感的特点及其影响因素。方法：采用整群抽样的方法,选取江苏省某3所高校2373名大学生,集中进行大学生主观幸福感简表（SWBSS）、儿童期虐待史自评量表（PRCA）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、贝克抑郁自评问卷（BDI）、自杀意念量表（SIS）、简式大五人格问卷（NEO-FFI-R）、青少年生活事件量表（ASLEC）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）、人口社会经济学资料调查问卷等现场测试。结果：t检验显示,儿童期受虐待大学生的主观幸福感总分和各维度分数均低于无受虐待大学生（t=7.229~15.238,P〈0.01）。逐步回归分析发现,性别、谨慎性、外向性、开放性、社会支持分别与大学生的主观幸福感呈正相关（Beta=0.060~0.198,P〈0.01）,专业、神经质、抑郁、焦虑、自杀意念、家庭经济状况、躯体健康、虐待分别与大学生的主观幸福感呈负相关（Beta=-0.029^-0.212,P〈0.05）。结论：有儿童期受虐待经历大学生的主观幸福感较低,其主观幸福感的形成受人格特征、情感症状、社会支持、家庭经济状况、躯体健康状况、受虐待程度、性别和专业类别等因素的影响。Objective：To examine the impact of childhood abuse on the subjective well-being（SWB）of college students,and the influencing factors on SWB.Methods：A total of 2373 college students in Jiang-su were investigated by subjective well-being simplify scale（SWBSS）,Personal Report of Childhood Abuse（PRCA）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Beck Depression Inventory（BDI）,Suicide Ideation Scale（SIS）,Revised NEO Five-Factor Inventory（NEO-FFI-R）,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check list（ASLEC）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）and Social Population Economics Scale.Results：Compared with no-abused students,the students abused in childhood had higher total and factor scores of SWB（t=15.238,P〈0.01）.SWB of the abused students was positively correlated with gender,conscientiousness,extraversion,openness and SSRS（Beta=0.060~0.198,P〈0.01）,and was negatively correlated with neuroticism,BDI,SAS,SIS,family economic status,physical health and childhood abuse（Beta=-0.029^-0.212,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：College students with childhood abuse have lower SWB.Personality,emotional symptoms,social support,family economic status,physical health,abuse severity and gender have impacts on the lower subjective well-being of college students with childhood abuse.
