摘 要:主机燃油增压泵组底座直接安装到船体的基座上,在泵工作过程中由于底座会承受过大的冲击力(速度、加速度),而很多工况实验困难大,成本高,因此可以对其进行抗冲击数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟的方法确认船体运动状态下,关注部位的动力学响应是否满足要求。根据实际工况作业参数和国军标的要求搭建了主机燃油泵的三维仿真模型,进行了一系列的动力性分析,得到其模态分布、冲击响应、应力应变等指标。仿真结果表明,该型主机燃油泵满足设计要求,其结构是安全可靠的。The base of the main fuel booster pump unit is directly installed on the base of the hull. Because thebase will bear excessive impact force (speed,acceleration)during pump operation,many conditions are difficultto test and costly,so it is possible to it conducts numerical simulation studies on impact resistance. In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to confirm whether the dynamic response of the attention area satisfies therequirements in the hull movement state. A three-dimensional simulation model of the main fuel pump was builtaccording to the actual working conditions and the requirements of the national military standard. A series of dynamic analysis was performed to obtain the modal distribution,impact response,stress strain and other indicators.The simulation results show that this type of main engine fuel pump meets the design requirements and its structure is safe and reliable.
