摘  要:由于风电出力的不确定性对电网的安全稳定具有重要影响,在电力系统调度中考虑需求响应,可以提高系统对风电的消纳能力,保证系统运行稳定性。本文将需求侧资源融入到优化调度模型中,以经济性最优为目标,在发电总成本函数中加入调用负荷成本,在此基础上增加考虑需求侧可控负荷的电量约束条件以提高调度运行的可靠性。采用混合整数线性规划方法,建立计及需求响应电量约束的日前调度模型,并在6节点系统算例中仿真验证了该方法的有效性。Though the uncertainty of wind power,if demand response is considered in the power system dispatching to expandacceptance of wind power,it will be able to improve the stability of power system. The resources in the demand side are put intothe optimized scheduling model. The economy of optimal is adopted as the objective function and the cost of transferring loads isincluded in the total cost of generating electricity,on the basis of which,the power constraint of controllable load in the demandside is added in order to improve the reliability of the scheduling operation. Mixed integer linear programming is used tooptimize and then the dayahead scheduling model considering the power constraint of demand response is set up. Finally theeffectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the simulation of a 6bus system.
