摘  要:高速公路桥梁桩基施工工艺中,冲击成孔水下混凝土灌注桩施工技术应用甚广。本文就太行山高速K30+508.997沙河特大桥(跨越沙河而设)冲击成孔桩基施工过程中测量放线、桩机就位、冲击成孔、钢筋笼制作、吊装、导管吊装、水下混凝土灌注等具体施工技术进行总结研究,为类似工程施工提供技术参考。In the construction technology of expressway bridge pile foundation, the construction technology of underwater bored concrete pile is widely applied. In connecting with the project of Taihang Mountain high-speed K30 + 508.997 Shahe Extra Large Bridge(across Shahe River), this paper summarizes the specific construction technologies in the process of impact pore forming pile construction such as measuring unreeling, pile machine in position, impact pore forming, the reinforcing cage manufacture, assembly, catheter assembly, and underwater concrete perfusion, which provides technical reference for the similar engineering construction.
