摘  要:针对制冷剂分配器分配性能改善提出3种方案,增加有带液风险回路分配管的长度、选择合适尺寸的节流孔板以及在分配器进口增加筛片,并进行试验验证,发现前2种方案可以改善蒸发器的制冷剂分配均匀性,提升机组性能,增加筛片在此机组中没有明显改善效果,但此方案已在其他机组中得到应用,因此可以作为参考方案之一。Three kinds of schemes for improving the distribution performance of refri-gerant distributor are put forward,including adding the length of the distributor tube whose circuit has flooding risk,selecting proper size of nozzle and adding screen at distributor inlet. Through test verification,it's found that the first two schemes can improve the refrigerant distribution uniformity of evaporator and unit performance. Adding screen has no obvious improving effects,but this scheme has been applied to other units,which means it can be considered as a reference.
