摘 要:大量研究表明,用土壤酶的活性作为土壤重金属污染指标是可行的,对土壤重金属污染的防治和修复有重要意义。重金属锌大量进入土壤后,会严重影响生态环境和人类健康,锌污染土壤的生物修复迫在眉睫。本文通过对吊兰进行锌胁迫下的盆栽实验,研究锌污染对吊兰根际土壤、非根际土壤及对照组土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:锌的浓度影响土壤酶的活性,随着土壤中锌浓度的增加,吊兰根际土壤和非根际土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性均呈现先增加后下降的趋势。脲酶、磷酸酶活性在土壤锌浓度为200mg·kg^(^(-1))时达到最高值,而蔗糖酶则在土壤锌浓度为500mg·kg^(-1)时达到顶峰,过氧化氢酶活性随土壤锌浓度的增加逐渐降低。同时,吊兰根际土壤中酶活性>非根际土壤中酶活性>空白对照组中土壤酶活性的结果说明吊兰对提高锌污染土壤酶的活性有一定的效果。A wide range of research has shown that it is feasible for that the activity of soil enzymes is used as the soil pollution index by heavy metal and that has important significance for the soil pollution prevention and rehabilitation. After a large number of heavy metal zinc is into the soil,the ecological environment and human health will be threatened seriously,so the soil contaminated by the heavy metal zinc need be bioremediated imminently. In this paper the researches are carried out that zinc pollution affects the activity of soil enzymes in the bracketplant chlorophytum rhizosphere soil,in the non-rhizosphere soil and in the reference group soil. The results show that the concentration of zinc influences the activity of soil enzymes. With the increasement of zinc concentration in the soil,the activity of sucrase,urease and phosphatase in the bracketplant chlorophytum rhizosphere soil and the non rhizosphere soil increases firstly and declines later. The activity of urease and phosphatase is the highest when zinc concentration is 200 mg·kg-1 and the activity of sucrose is the highest when zinc concentration is 500 mg·kg-1.Hydrogen peroxide enzyme increases gradually with increasement of zinc concentration. At the same time,the activity of enzymes in the bracketplant chlorophytum rhizosphere soil is stronger than that in the non-rhizosphere soil and the activity of enzymes in the reference group soil is the weakest. The results show that the bracketplant can improve enzyme activity in the soil contaminated by zinc.
