摘 要:汽轮机转子轮槽加工与叶片叶根加工中大量使用复杂型线铣刀,包括枞树型铣刀、菌形铣刀与燕尾形铣刀。据统计每年消耗量近万把,如能将如此大量的铣刀重磨再利用,将大幅度降低复杂型线铣刀使用成本。我分厂经过长期对复杂型线铣刀重磨再利用的研究,逐步突破了从直沟槽铣刀、斜沟槽铣刀到螺旋沟槽铣刀重磨再利用的技术,达到了为企业降本增效的目标。本文将以高速钢菌形叶根铣刀为例,重点阐述在S22数控刀具磨床上如何实现直沟槽型线铣刀前刀面的均匀重磨。Complex linear milling cutters are widely used in turbine rotor groove machining and blade root machining, including fir tree milling cutters, mushroom milling cutters and swallowtail milling cutters. According to statistics, the consumption of nearly 10,000 pieces per year, if such a large number of milling cutter regrinding reuse, will greatly reduce the use cost of complex linear milling cutter. My factory after long research,reusing the sticklebacks line milling cutter re-sharpening gradually broke through from the straight groove milling cutter, oblique groove milling cutter to spiral groove milling cutter re-sharpening reuse technology, has reached the authors efficiency for the enterprise goals. Tis paper, taking the high speed steel mycorrhizal milling cutter as an example, mainly illustraes the uniform regrinding of the front blade side of the straight groove linear milling cutter on the S22 NC tool grinding machine is described.
