摘 要:研究开发用于沿海与陆地风电场和西部风能资源密集区大型风力发电设备。以目前世界上处于高端水平的2兆瓦机组作为起点,缓解经济发展与能源供给、环境保护之间的矛盾,大力发展清洁、可利用再生能源——风力发电,成为许多国家追求,推广的新型能源项目。风力发电机主轴是风机核心关键件,本文按企业现有设备条件对该零件深孔加工关键工艺进行了研究,通过设计专用工装,满足了制造工艺要求。It is quite urgent to research and develop large-scale wind power equipment for coastal and land wind power plants and wind energy intensive areas in the western districts. To use the world high-level 2 MW unit as a starting point to alleviate the economic development and the contradiction between the energy supply, environmental protection, developing clean, renewable energy----wind power available, which are now regarded as many countries' pursuit to promote the new energy projects. Wind turbine spindle is the core fan key-module, in this paper, according to the enterprise existing equipment conditions of the deep hole processing key technology are studied, through the design special tooling, meeting the requirement of manufacture craft.
