郭氏缠绑夹板法治疗桡骨远端骨折应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨郭氏缠绑夹板法治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取深圳平乐骨伤科医院自2017年5月至2018年2月收治的113例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为A组(n=58)和B组(n=55)。A组给予郭氏缠绑夹板法治疗,B组给予传统小夹板治疗,比较两组的固定可靠性及临床疗效。结果 A组夹板移位、扎带滑动、肿胀及骨折移位等情况均显著优于B组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组Batra腕关节评分平均为94.5分,高于B组的90.3分,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论郭氏缠绑夹板法有效解决了夹板易滑动松脱的技术难题,改进了夹板外固定技术,具有取材及操作简单、固定可靠等优势,疗效显著。Objective To improve the external fixation technique of splints, solve the technical difficulty of traditional splintage which is easy sliding and losing,and improve its efficacy. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 113 cases of patients with distal radius fractures who were admitted from May 2017 to February 2018. Patients were randomly divided into the Group A（ n = 58 ） and Group B （n = 55 ）. Patients in Group A were treated with external fixation by Guo＇s binding splints, the others in Group B were treated with traditional external splintage. The fixed reliability and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The splint displacement, ligation slip, swelling and fracture displacement of Group A were significantly better than those of Group B, and the difference between groups was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Batra score of Group A was higher than that of Group B, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The fixation of Guo＇ s binding splints solve the technical difficulty of traditional splintage which is easy sliding and losing, improve the external fixation technique of splints, with the advantage that is simple in materials and operating, better fixed reliability, less recovery time, excellent efficacy and lower cost of treatment.
