摘 要:目的观察白萝卜提取物对术后早期炎性肠梗阻大鼠血清炎症因子及胃肠动力的影响。方法选取24只成年SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为三组,每组各8只,采用肠管表面擦拭法建立术后早期炎性肠梗阻模型。生理盐水组(NS组)、白萝卜提取物组(Rex组)及莫沙必利组(Mos组)分别予以生理盐水、白萝卜提取物及莫沙必利灌胃1 ml/100 g一周,每天2次。采用ELISA方法检测血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量,并观察小肠推进情况。结果 Rex组的hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α表达水平显著低于NS组和Mos组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Rex组的回肠黏膜损伤评分显著低于NS组和Mos组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Rex组大鼠的24 h小肠推进比明显高于NS组和Mos组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白萝卜提取物可以降低炎性肠梗阻大鼠的血清炎症因子水平,促进小肠蠕动增加,为治疗术后肠梗阻提供新的理论基础。Objective To investigate the effects of Raphanussativus extract on serum inflammatory factor and gastrointestinal motility in rats with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO). Methods Twenty-four adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups according to random number list method, with eight rats in each group. The EPISBO models were generated by wiping the wall of rat′s small intestine and subsequently were given gastriclavage(twice/day) with saline group(NS group), Raphanussativus extract group(Rex group) and moxabili group(Mos group) 1 ml/100 g for one week. The serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and gastrointestinal motility was studyed. Results The expressions of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α in Rex group were significantly lower than that in NS group and Mos group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The lleal mucosal injury score in Rex group was significantly lower than that in NS group and Mos group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The 24 h small intestinal transit ratio in Rex group was significantly higher than that in NS group and Mos group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Rex can reduce serum inflammatory factor level and promote small bowel peristalsis in rats with inflammatory intestinal obstruction.
