摘　　要：根据高档浮法玻璃生产线对原料配料线的要求,结合实际生产中因设备设施引起物料的损失及玻璃配料成分的差异,采取设备性能改进的有效措施;从配料环节的管控,提高配料精度,优化系统环境,成功实现在线原料设备改造完善,为生产高质量玻璃提供参考。According to the requirement of raw material batching line for high grade float glass production line, combined with the loss of material and the difference of glass ingredients in actual production because of the problems existing in equipment and facilities, the effective measures are taken to improve the performance of equipment; from the management and control of the ingredient link, the precision of the burden is raised and the system environment is optimized. The work can provide reference for the transformation and improvement of online raw material equipment.
