摘 要:根据鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司异钢种混浇的实际情况,通过分析钢水成分变化规律,确定了混浇坯长度划定方法,优化了异钢种混浇的中间包钢水量、中间包钢水温度、铸机拉速、更换结晶器保护渣等工艺参数,采取措施后,实现了异钢种混浇的稳定生产,连铸机单中间包混浇罐数由9.3罐提高至9.6罐,节约生产成本0.26元/t。According to the production conditions of casting molten steel with different steel grades in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the method for delimiting the length of strands cast by molten steel with different steel grades was determined based on the analysis over the change-rules of the compositions in molten steel. Such technological parameters as the amount of molten steel in tundish, the temperature of molten steel in tundish, the casting speed of the caster and changing operations for the casting powder in mould were optimized. After the optimized measures were taken, the casting operations of molten steel with different steel grades could be carried out smoothly, and thus the casting heats with different steel grades by the individual tundish to the continuous caster was increased to 9.6 heats from 9.3 heats and as a result the pro-duction cost was saved by 0.26 yuan RMB per tone steel.
