摘  要:分析了鞍钢微合金钢板坯中间裂纹的产生原因,采取了降低中间包钢水中的S含量、优化扇形段驱动辊压力和转矩、优化二冷水水量等措施。采取措施后,铸坯中间裂纹指数降低,连铸坯内部质量得到改善。The causes leading to intermediate cracks in a microalloyed steel casting blank produced by Ansteel were analyzed and then such measures as reducing the content of sulfur in molten steel in tundish,optimizing the water consumption for cooling in secondary cooling zone,optimizing the pressure and torque of the driving rolls at the segment were taken.After that the results showed that the index for intermediate cracks in the microalloyed steel casting blank was lowered and the refore the internal quality of continuous casting slabs was improved.
