摘　　要：通过理论分析和现场试验,分析了连退炉炉底辊结瘤产生的影响因素。在生产中,通过减少铁皮带入,控制炉内的气氛、露点及主要工艺段温度,减少炉内张力和在线磨辊等措施,能够有效减少炉底辊结瘤的发生。Based on the theoretical analysis and field test,the factors of influencing the formation of nodules on the furnace bottom rollers of the continuous annealing furnace were analyzed.The occurrence rate of forming the nodules on rollers could be effectively reduced by taking such measures as reducing the quantities of scales into rollers,controlling the atmosphere,dew point and temperatures of main operation stages in the furnace,reducing the tension in the furnace and grinding rollers on-line.
