摘  要:通过构建黄河三角洲高效生态经济区现代农业生态效率的DEA-SBM评价模型,以滨州市作为实证研究对象,测算了黄河三角洲地区现代农业的生态效率,并将其与CCR模型得到的不含污染变量情况下的农业技术效率进行对比分析。结果表明,黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的现代农业生态效率不断提高,但存在地区差异;生态效率损失的主要原因是化肥、农药过量投入带来环境污染以及农业机械、劳动力、土地、水资源过量使用和管理粗放。By building a DEA-SBM model for evaluating the eco-efficiency of modern agriculture in high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta, the eco-efficiency of modern agriculture in the Yellow River Delta was measured with Binzhou city as a case region. Then comparing the measuring results with the agricultural technical efficiency in the case of no pollution variable with the CCR model, the results showed that, the eco-efficiency of modern agriculture in the highefficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta was gradually improved, but there were regional differences,and the loss of eco-efficiency was primarily caused by the environmental pollution resulted from excessive inputs of the chemical fertilizer and pesticide, along with overuse and extensive management of the agricultural machinery, labor force, land and water resources.
