阿托伐他汀联合谷维素治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合谷维素在老年冠心病并发心律失常治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月—2017年9月本院收治的老年冠心病并发心律失常患者104例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。两组均给予冠心病基础治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上联合谷维素,观察两组治疗效果、血脂及心率变异性变化、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%,同对照组82.69%比较,明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血脂及心率变异性无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后TG、TC同对照组比较,明显较低,SDANN、SDNN与对照组比较,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.54%,同对照组7.69%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年冠心病并发心律失常患者应用阿托伐他汀联合谷维素治疗,效果显著,可有效降低血脂,提升心率变异性,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Atorvastatin combined with oryzanol in treating coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia for elderly patients.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were selected,they hospitalized in our hospital during December 2015 and September 2017.They were randomly divided into control group（n = 52） and observation group（n = 52）.Both of groups were given basic treatment of coronary heart disease.The control group was given atorvastatin.The observation group was combined with oryzanol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the changes of blood fat and heart rate variability,the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.69%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood fat and heart rate variability between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the TG and TC level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,SDANN and SDNN were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.54%,compared with 7.69% in the control group the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The application of atorvastatin combined with oryzanol in treating elderly patients suffered coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia achieved significant effect,can effectively reduce blood fat,improve heart rate variability,and with high safety,it is worthy of promotion.
