摘　　要：目的:了解苏州市中医医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的使用现状、趋势及经济性,为临床合理用药和药品管理提供依据。方法:检索住院药房医院信息系统管理数据库,采用用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)分析法和经济学分析法,对2015—2017年我院中药注射剂的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:2015—2017年我院中药注射剂的销售金额分别为588.7万元、618.2万元和744.1万元,呈逐年递增趋势,其DDDs也逐年增长。3年来,消癌平注射液和康莱特注射液的销售金额排序均居前3位,且逐年增长;复方苦参注射液的销售金额有明显增长,其排序从第15位升至第3位;醒脑静注射液、参附注射液和生脉注射液的销售金额连续3年呈负增长趋势;华蟾素注射液的销售金额在2017年首次出现负增长;灯盏细辛注射液的DDDs排序均居第1位;限定日费用排序居前3位的药品分别为康莱特注射液、消癌平注射液和肾康注射液,而黄芪注射液居末位;药品销售金额排序/DDDs排序比值为1的品种数逐年增加。结论:我院中药注射剂的用量呈增长趋势,价格偏低的药品应用较多,药品经济效益与社会效益相对趋于同步。同时,须加强中药注射剂的用药管理和不良反应监测。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status,tendency and economy of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide basis for clinical drug application and pharmaceutical administration. METHODS： The information system management database of pharmacy was retrieved,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and economic analysis were adopted to conduct statistical analysis on application status of traditional Chinese medicine injections during 2015-2017. RESULTS： The consumption sum from 2015 to 2017 were in an increasing tendency,respectively 5. 887 million yuan,6. 182 million yuan and 7. 441 million yuan; and its DDDs also increased year by year. For three years,the consumption sum of xiaoaiping injection and kanglaite injection dominated the top three places,with an increasing tendency. There was a significant increase in consumption sum of the Fufangkushen injection,the sales volume of this drug increased from fifteenth to third. The consumption sum of xingnaojing injection,shenfu injection and shengmai injection was negative for 3 consecutive years. The consumption sum of cinobufacini injection was negative for the first time in 2017. The DDDs of dengzhanxixin injection took the lead. The top 3 drugs ranked by DDC were respectively kanglaite injection,xiaoaiping injection and shenkang injection,and astragalus injection dominated the last place. The number of categories with ratio of 1 of consumption sum ranking/DDDs ranking was increased year by year.CONCLUSIONS： The dosage of TCM injections in our hospital shows a trend of growth,and there are many drugs with low price,and the economic and social benefits of drugs tend to be synchronized. Meanwhile,drug administration and adverse reactions monitoring should be strengthened.
