摘　　要：对宁夏电力三级通信网薄弱环节进行深入分析,提出一种三、四级网络协同工作与应急路由安排相结合的措施,缩短业务通道故障应急恢复时长,有效提高了宁夏电力三级通信网应急处置能力。The weak link of the three level of Ningxia power communication network was analyzed.The measure was proposed to integrate three and four level of network collaboration and emergencyrouting. The results show that the measure can shorten the emergency recovery time for the servicechannel fault, and effectively improve the emergency response capacity for the three level of Ningxiapower communication network.
