摘　　要：[目的]近年来,随着我国医疗事业的发展,西医与中医呈现出逐步融合的发展趋势。在现代护理学中,中医护理由于其独特的护理理念和护理方法受到了越来越多的重视。将中医护理合理地应用到现代护理工作中,是今后护理学发展的重要方向。虽然中医护理在近年来得到了推广应用,患者和医护人员对中医护理也逐渐认可,但在中医护理工作中还存在一些问题。这些问题严重制约了中医护理工作的发展。在本文中,笔者主要探讨中医护理工作中存在的问题与解决对策,以期为中医护理工作的发展提供新的思路。[objective] in recent years, with the development of China＇s medical industry, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have shown a trend of gradual integration. In modern nursing science, traditional Chinese medicine nursing has received more and more attention due to its unique nursing concept and nursing methods. It is an important direction for the future development of nursing science to apply TCM nursing reasonably to modern nursing work. Although TCM nursing has been popularized and applied in recent years, patients and medical staff have gradually recognized TCM nursing, but there are still some problems in TCM nursing. These problems seriously restrict the development of TCM nursing. In this paper, the author mainly discusses the existing problems and solutions in the nursing work of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide new ideas for the development of the nursing work of traditional Chinese medicine.
