摘　　要：关于财政均等化问题,国内外众多学者已经进行了相应的探讨。本文立足考察深圳的情况,从人口流动视角出发,通过构建人口—工资和均等化模型,揭示了人口流动和财政均等化效率之间的关系,旨在为推进深圳财政均等化效率提供参考,为全国其他地区提供经验。About the issue of financial equalization, many scholars both domestic and overseas have put for-ward the corresponding discussion. This article is based on the investigation of the situation in Shenzhen,from the perspectives of floating population, by building population-wage, equalization model, reveals the relationship between the floating population and the efficiency of fiscal equalization. In order to advancing the efficiency of fiscal equalization in Shenzhen, provides experience for other areas in the country.
