Pervious recycled aggregate concrete was prepared by the recycled aggregate crushed by construction waste as the skeleton, adding the ordinary Portland cement and strong gel as gelled material, and adding a small amount of high performance water reducing agent and a certain amount of shot-cut fiber. Results showed that: 1. Compared with pervious gravel concrete or pervious broken pebbles concrete, pervious recycled aggregate concrete has a bit lower abrasion resistance, compressive strength and flexural strength, while the value of permeability coefficient is between the above two samples. The content of single particle size blockage staying on the surface of the pervious recycled aggregate concrete is also between the pervious gravel concrete and the pervious broken pebbles concrete, and the permeability coefficient recovery ratio is lower. 2. With the increasing of content of short-cut fiber, the abrasion resistance, compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious recycled aggregate concrete increases, and the permeability coefficient decreases. The single particle size blockage is more easily to stay on the surface of the pervious recycled aggregate concrete with the increase of fiber content. And the permeability coefficient recovery ratio of pervious recycled aggregate concrete is higher after washing.
