摘 要:转子类零件平衡校正通常是先经动平衡检测后,再在转子重心区域去重校正。由于传统钻削或铣削机械去重质量难以精确控制,致使转子平衡精度低、生产效率低。为了解决以上技术难点,基于预制平衡孔思路提出了一次增重精密平衡校正新方法。即在转子设计制造过程中,在转子上先提前设置N个圆周均布平衡孔;经转子动平衡测试后,确定其中两个平衡孔为配重孔;再利用平面平衡力系方程,计算出两个配重物质量;最后利用天平精密称取配重物,分别组装到两个配重孔中即可。该方法只需精密称量一次增重组装即完成转子精密平衡校正,不需要再进行钻削或铣削去重,易于实现量化生产。经超硬磨料高速砂轮平衡校正试验测试,证明其平衡校正效果明显。Rotor parts balance correction is usually in the region of the rotor center of gravity to de-correction after dynamic balancing testing. Due to the weight loss of traditional drilling or milling,its quality can not be controlled precisely,resulting in low balance accuracy and low productivity. In order to solve the above technical problems,based on the idea of prefabricated balance hole,a new method for precision calibration of weight gain is proposed. Namely,in the process of rotor design and manufacturing,the N circle uniform balance hole was set up on the rotor in advance,then,two balancing holes for the counterweight were determined after dynamic balance test,and the mass of the two counterweights were calculated by the equation of plane equilibrium force system. Finally,the counterweights by accurately balance weighed,were assembled into two counterweight holes. The method only needs precision weighing a restructuring to complete the rotor precision balance calibration without going heavy for drilling or milling again. Furthermore,Rotor balance correction is easy to implement quantitative production. The effect is proved to be obvious through the high-speed superhard abrasive grinding wheel balance calibration test.
