摘 要:机床整机刚度的优化分配可以提高机床性能和降低成本。以某精密数控车床为例,结合多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换原理,建立了机床整机刚度与部件刚度之间的映射关系模型。利用该模型,定量计算各部件刚度对机床整机刚度的影响程度。以此为依据,选择最有效的优化部件及其刚度方向。最后,以成本最低为优化目标,采用遗传算法,完成机床主要部件刚度的优化分配。这种方法能够提高机床刚度控制的效率和效果。Optimized distribution on whole stiffness of machine tool can improve the performance of machine tool and cut the cost.Taking a precise numercial control( NC) lathe as an example,combining the multi-body system theory with the homogeneous coordinates transformation,A mapping relationship model between the whole stiffness of machine tool and its components is established. The change value of whole stiffness caused by component stiffness was calculated by this model. According to these calculations,the best effective components and its optimized direction were selected. Taking the minimum cost as an optimized goal,optimized distribution of major component stiffness is finished by the genetic algorithm. This method can improve the efficiency and result on stiffness control of machine tool.
