摘 要:对超细长螺杆转子进行精确测量,进而实现螺杆机械加工误差补偿,是提高螺杆转子加工精度的有效手段。针对超细长螺杆转子检测的难题,提出了采用激光位移传感器,进行在机测量的方法。利用螺杆加工铣床为实验平台,构建了在机测量硬件系统,结合自行开发的数据采集与处理软件,实现了对螺杆转子曲面廓形的精密自动化测量。通过在机测量与三坐标测量结果的对比,测量精度满足技术要求,为后续加工提供了重要保障。Precision measuring on super long and thin screw rotor,and then realized compensating for machining error,it is an effectual way to improve machining accuracy. An on-machine measuring method using laser displacement sensor is put forward aiming at resolving the measuring problem of super long and thin screw rotor. The on-machine measurement hardware system built based on the milling machine as an experimental platform,combined with self-developed program of data collecting and processing software,was able to measure spiral curved surface accurately and automatically on the screw rotor. Experiment results of on-machine measurement and coordinate measuring machine( CMM) measurement indicate measuring accuracy meet engineering requirements,which provides main guarantee for subsequent processing.
