摘 要:针对高速机械主轴动不平衡、振动等原因对主轴加工精度造成破坏等问题,采用影响系数法对主轴进行在线动平衡。搭建实验平台,应用电磁驱动式平衡装置,通过机械主轴在不同工作转速下的动平衡效果,找到了主轴共振转速,主轴经过临界转速进入了柔性工作状态,采用了双面影响系数法在线动平衡方法,通过水平和垂直方向同时检测主轴振动,客观表达主轴振动状态。实验结果表明:双面影响系数法平衡精度明显高于单面影响系数法,主轴振幅降低显著,平衡效率提高。影响系数法在线动平衡实验为高速机械主轴在线动平衡调控提供了依据。Aiming at solving the problem which was caused by the high-speed mechanical spindle vibration that could damage elements manufacturing precision and surface quality under the working condition,the influence coefficient method is applied for spindle on-line dynamic balancing. The experiment platform was erected. The mechanical spindle resonance speed was discovered by using the electromagnetic drive balancing device under different working conditions with dynamic balancing effects. The double influence coefficient method was adopted after entering the flexible stage of the spindle from critical speed. In order to display the spindle vibration accurately,the spindle vibration at both orient and vertical direction were simultaneously respectively detected. The experimental results indicate that the double plane coefficient online dynamic balancing possess more accuracy than that of single plane coefficient. The spindle vibration amplitude is decreased significantly and the balance efficiency improved. Such achievements of experiments provide references of regulation strategies for the online dynamic balancing control of high speed machine spindle.
