摘 要:针对槽型舱壁成品油船集管区的甲板上翻强横梁与集油槽布置相互干涉的问题,阐述了满足CSR的集管区甲板上翻强横梁的结构优化过程。分析影响甲板上翻强横梁结构设计的各种规范要求以及石油公司要求和使用要求,对此结构提出了几种设计方案,并进行优化改进,在满足结构强度要求的同时,达到了方便使用并减少船体钢料重量的目的。这为以后同行解决此类问题提供参考和借鉴。The structural optimization procedure for above deck transverses in way of cargo manifold area of product oil tankers with corrugated bulkheads was briefly introduced. Common design was put forward and optimized solutions were demonstrated by considering the requirements from rules,oil companies and operation which had influences on above deck transverses. The optimized solution was more convenient for operation and lighter than the original design in hull steel weight. The optimization could be a reference for future design.
