现代煤化工业项目防爆电气工程施工质量问题探析

摘　　要：现代煤化工业项目诸多装置区多属于爆炸、火灾危险环境,从工程施工角度介绍防爆电气装置安装工程质量对煤化工装置区安全运行的影响,分析防爆电气装置安装工程施工中存在的常见质量问题及给装置区的安全运行埋下的隐患,并提出针对性的质量管控措施、方法,以便提升现代煤化工业项目爆炸、火灾危险场所施工质量水平。Many installation areas of modern coal chemical industry projects are explosion and fire hazardous environments. This paper describes the impact of the installation quality of explosion-proof electrical equipments on the safe operation of coal chemical installations from the perspective of engineering construction,analyzes common quality issues in the installation of explosion-proof electrical equipments as well as relevant hidden dangers in the safe operation of the installation area,and puts forward specific quality control measures and methods in order to improve the construction quality of modern coal chemical industry projects in explosion and fire hazardous sites.
