摘  要:针对性能退化故障和突发故障同时并存的问题建立基于竞争故障的航空机电系统剩余寿命预测模型,该方法利用状态监测数据,分析性能退化故障与突发故障的相关度,通过采用监测参数退化率的变化趋势预测剩余寿命,最后基于性能退化故障与突发故障相关度建立了航空机电系统寿命变化趋势预测模型,提高了航空机电系统剩余寿命预测的准确度,并为航空机电系统维修决策理论奠定了基础。Aimed at the problem of performance degradation failure and sudden failure co-exist at the same time aviation elec-tro-mechanical system is set up based on competition fault residual life prediction model,the method uses the state monitoring datato analyse the performance degradation of correlation failure and sudden failure,failure and sudden failure correlation based on per-formance degradation aviation electro-mechanical system life trend prediction model is established,and the accuracy of the residuallife prediction aviation electro-mechanical systems are enhanced,and the groundwork for aviation electro-mechanical system main-tenance decision theory is laid.
