摘 要:针对舰船直流断路器短路保护测试可靠、高效的需求,设计一款新型直流电源作为断路器故障保护特性测试装置,包括装置的主回路拓扑和关键参数计算,以及操作界面设计。提出一种先闭环预实验到开环升流最后闭环稳流控制的三阶段控制策略,能够协调控制过渡时间、纹波、超调、精度4个关键指标,在此基础上研制了一款样机。试验结果表明,研制的装置过渡时间小于10 ms、电流纹波小于1%、无超调、精度高于1%,操作界面简洁,操作方便,完全满足400 A及以下直流塑壳断路器瞬断电流整定。In order to meet the reliable and efficient demands of short circuit protection test for warship DC circuit breakers, a new type of DC power supply is designed as the fault protection charactmistic test device for the circuit breakers, including the main loop topology and key parameters calculation of the device, and the operation interface design. A three-stage control strategy that from closed-loop pre-experiment to open-loop upflow to final closed-loop steady flow control was proposed to coordinate the four key indicators of transition time, ripple, overshoot, and precision, and a prototype was developed on this basis. The test results show that the developed device's transition time is less than 10 ms, current ripple is less than 1%, no overshoot, and the precision is more than 1%, the operation interface is simple, and easy to operate. It fully meets the instantaneous break current setting of 400 A and below DC molded case circuit breakers.
