摘 要:在学生经过理论课和基础实验阶段的教学之后,将设计实验的教学环节引入到分析样品前处理技术实验教学改革中,有助于提升学生综合运用所学样品前处理技术解决实际应用问题的能力。设计实验的教学采取以学生自行设计为主,教师指导为辅的教学方式,教师给出实验目的要求与设计提示,从资料查阅、方案设计、仪器调试、溶液配制到样品提取、富集、浓缩等样品分析过程、数据记录与处理、结果分析与讨论,整个实验过程放手让学生自己完成,实现巩固理论知识、提高学生自主学习能力及科研创新能力的目的,为其后续的毕业论文、进一步深造学习和科学研究奠定较为坚实的基础。After the teaching of theory course and basic experiments, the design experiment is employed in the experimental teaching reform of sample preparation technology, it is beneficial for improving student’ ability of solving problems in their daily life and scientific research. The teaching model of the open designed experiment is that students finish the experiments by themselves based on their own designs under the guidance of teachers. The concrete implementation method is that the students complete the whole experiment by themselves, which includes references collecting, experimental design, equipment debugging, solution preparation, sample extraction, sample concentration, sample enrichment, data processing, results analysis and discussion, etc. The innovation approaches used in this course consolidate the theoretical knowledge and improve the students’ autonomous learning ability and scientific research innovation ability. The measures play a good foundation on their role for the graduation thesis,further studies and scientific research.
