摘  要:将N-(2-胺乙基)-氨基去氧-β-环糊精分别与对四叔丁基-25,27-二羟基-26.28-二乙氧羰基甲氧基杯[4]芳烃β化合物1)及其上沿甲酰化衍生物(化合物2)反应,得到了分别在下沿和上沿连有β-环糊精片段的两个杯[4]芳烃-(-环糊精偶联物,化合物3和化合物4。新化合物4的结构经~1HNMR、FT-IR及MS(Maldi-tof)确证。研究了化合物3和化合物4在DMSO/H_2O中形成超分子凝胶的最低凝胶化浓度、相转变温度及凝胶温敏性。结果表明,化合物3和化合物4可在体积比分别为1和0.5的DMSO/H_2O溶剂中形成凝胶,最低凝胶浓度分别为50mg·cm^(-3)和58mg·cm^(-3);该浓度下的相转变温度分别为35℃和40℃。经流变学研究,两个凝胶均具有温敏性。初步研究了化合物3形成的凝胶对四种染料的吸附能力。Compound 3 and compound 4,which were two calix[4]arene-β-cyclodextrin coupling products with β-cyclodextrin fragments at lower and upper rim of calix[4]arene derivatives,respectively,had been synthesized by reactions of N-( 2-aminoethyl) amino dexoxy-β-cyclodextrin with p-tert-butyl-25,27-dihydroxyl-26,28-di( ethoxy carbonyl methoxyl) calix[4]-arene( compound 1)and it's derivative modified with formyl groups at upper rim( compound 2),respectively.The structure of new compound 4 was confirmed by ^1 HNMR,FT-IR and MS( Maldi-tof). The lowest gelatinating concentrations,temperatures of phase transition and temperature sensibility of the supramolecular gel forming by compound 3 and compound 4 in DMSO/H2 O were studied.Results showed that compound 3 and compound 4 could gelatinate in DMSO/H2 O at volume ratio of 1 and 0. 5,respectively; and the lowest gelatinating concentrations were 50 mg· cm^-3 and 58 mg · cm^-3,respectively; and temperatures of phase transition at the lowest gelatinating concentrations were 35℃ and 40℃,respectively. Rheological studies showed that both were the rmosensitive gels. The rudimental study on the adsorption ability of gelatinated compound 3 to four dyes had been carried out.
