摘 要:采用差示扫描量热实验方法表征了FOX-7晶体升降温度过程中的相转变行为,并应用Ozawa法和Kissinger法计算了FOX-7炸药α→β、β→α的相变能垒。实验结果表明,热作用下FOX-7炸药α相与β相间的转变是循环可逆的,且α→β相转变的能垒大于β→α的能垒,这为FOX-7炸药加工温度控制和工程应用提供了实验依据。经循环后α→β的转变温度略有降低,而β→α的转变温度略有提高。The thermal phase transitions of 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene( FOX-7) were investigated by using DSC technology.The energy barrier of phase transformation( α→β and β→α) of FOX-7 was calculated through Ozawa method and Kissinger method.It was found that the phase transformation between α-and β-FOX-7 is reversible under heating and cooling,and the energy barrier of phase transformation from α-to β-FOX-7 is higher than that fromβ-to α-FOX-7. This experimental result plays an important role in the control of machining temperature and the engineering application of FOX-7 explosive.After cycling the phase transformation temperature from α-to β-FOX-7 became slightly lower,while the phase transformation temperature from β-to α-FOX-7 became a little higher.
