摘　　要：主要以2015-2016年广东省健美操职业社会体育指导员认证的问卷数据做剖析,结合查找相关文献资料、走访座谈相关专业人士,以期找出健美操职业社会体育指导员发展困境,并提出合理化建议,为健美操职业社会体育指导员的发展提供理论参考。This paper mainly uses questionnaire data about the aerobics occupation Social Sports Instructor Certification of 2015 -2016 in Guangdong province to do the analysis, combining with relevant literature review, and visits the persons on the re- lated professional. Last we hope to find the aerobics instructors of social sports occupation development dilemma, and put for- ward reasonable suggestions, so that provide a theoretical reference for the development of the aerobics occupation of social
