摘  要:适应体育是促进全面发展,帮助残疾人更好地融入社会的基本途径。采用文献资料、访谈调查、比较研究及归纳演绎等方法,通过梳理适应体育实践与理论的历史脉络,从不同历史时期适应体育存在的形态、特征以及社会价值来把握适应体育的演变过程,认为适应体育完成了两个重要转向:由早期疾患治疗的康复手段转向个体的自由发展与教育需要,由满足社会施以人道的文明需求转向社会公平公正需要。并就适应体育的历史演进把握其发展方向,认为未来适应体育发展将是在哲学迷茫中回归以人为本,在道德约束下强调公平,在理念感召下走向融合,在价值发现中迈向统一。Adapted physical activity is the basic method to promote all - round development and to help the disabled better in tegrate them into the society. By researching the historical context of adapted physical activity theory and practice, and is based on different historical periods from the presence of morphological, features and social values to grasp the evolution of a- dapted physical activity. Consider that there are two important shift of adapted physical activity: the early adjunct treatment of disease converting to education development, satisfying the social civilization needs converting to social justice needs. And grasp the development according to the history of which. Consider that adapted physical activity will return to people - oriented in colffused philosophy, strengthen fair in moral restraint, trend integration in the appeal of concept, move towards unity in the value discovery.
