摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者跌倒事件的独立危险因素。方法便利抽样法选择2015年7月至2016年12月在山东省济宁市第一人民医院血液透析中心进行MHD的76例患者为研究对象,以患者是否在MHD开始后随访1年的时间内发生跌倒进行分组,对两组患者的相关信息进行比较,筛选MHD患者跌倒的独立影响因素。结果 76例MHD患者,共有18例(23.7%)患者发生跌倒,Logistic多元回归分析显示,糖尿病、外周血管疾病、透析相关性低血压(intradialytic hypotension,IDH)和衰弱是影响跌倒的独立危险因素。结论 MHD患者存在较高的跌倒风险,在预防MHD人群跌倒损伤中需重点关注糖尿病、外周血管疾病、IDH和衰弱患者。Objective To investigate the independent risk factors of falls in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods By convenience sampling method,76 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the first people＇s hospital of Jining from July 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the incidence of fall within 1-year follow-up after maintenance hemodialysis.The independent influencing factors were screened.Results Among 76 patients,18 cases（23.7%）had accident falls.Logistic regression analysis confirmed that diabetes,peripheral vascular disease,intradialytic hypotension and weakness were the independent risk factors for falls.Conclusions Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a high risk of falls,patients with diabetes,peripheral vascular disease,intradialytic hypotension and debilitating patients should be paid more attention to prevent falls.
