摘　　要：目的对医疗机构履行医疗告知义务中存在的缺陷进行分析研究,并提出解决对策,以便防范与医疗告知义务相关的医疗风险。方法选取某三级甲等医院2006年1月—2016年1月10年间共发生的186例医疗纠纷作为样本,采用SPSS 12.0统计软件重点对医疗告知义务履行情况和医疗纠纷的发生关系进行分析。结果在186例医疗纠纷中,共有351个导致纠纷的主要因素,其中医疗告知义务履行缺陷因素168个。结论在医患关系日渐紧张的大背景下,医疗告知义务的履行缺陷与医疗纠纷密切相关,医疗从业者及医院管理者应当高度重视医疗告知义务的履行,以便减少医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To analyze the shortcomings of medical institutions in fulfillment of the medical notification obligation in order to propose countermeasures for prevention from medical risks associated with the medical notification obligation. Methods 186 cases of medical disputes in a tertiary first class hospital from January2006 to January 2016 were studied and analyzed with SPSS 12. 0. This study focused on the relationship between medical notification fulfillment and medical disputes. Results In 186 cases of medical disputes,there were 351 main leading factors,of which 168 were the defects of the medical disclosure obligation. Conclusion With the background of the increasing tension of the physician-patient relationship,the fulfillment defect of the medical notification obligation is closely related to medical dispute. Medical practitioners and hospital managers should pay great attention to the fulfilment of the medical notification obligation so as to reduce the occurrence of the medical disputes.
