Consideration on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Army under New Situation

摘　　要：文章提出军改新形势下构建的部队中医药卫勤保障模式,要突出实战性,以提升"健康维护、疾病防治、应急处置、远程医学、心理服务、伴随保障"六种部队能力为目的,以明确中医药卫勤保障的职能定位。同时建议要立足现状,实现中医药分级保障,实行一体化分级保障模式,医院系统、疗养院系统、基层卫生队三个等级单位的中医药卫勤保障工作各有侧重,相互衔接,形成合力。Under the new situation of military reformation,the health service mode of traditional Chinese medicine highlights the actual combat,with the aim of improving ＂six military capacities＂that is health maintenance,disease prevention,emergency handling,remote medical,psychological services,and accompany medical support,in order to make sure the health service function orientation of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the current situation,it is suggested that the graded service of traditional Chinese medicine should be implemented which include the following three grades： military medical hospital,sanatorium system and basic medical teams.The three grades have their own emphasis and join together to form a joint force.
