摘　　要：目的控制抗生素、辅助、激素、麻醉等药物的滥用,确保医疗服务安全合理。方法首先采用XML、消息队列、中间件接口、存储过程等技术为桥梁和纽带,使"军字一号"HIS与驾照式积分制处方权管理系统相对接,再设计并优化驾照式积分制处方权管理系统。结果某院自2016年10月起,参照驾照式管理,医师的质量意识明显增强,医师自我管控和科室管控的作用显著,药占比、材料比、医保费用大幅度降低,病历缺陷明显减少。结论 "军字一号"HIS系统与驾照式积分制处方权管理系统成功对接,把患者信息、医嘱信息、费用信息和药品信息统一到一个监控平台,使医嘱、药品、费用等数据形成更加简洁、高效、安全的业务环路,提高三级管理的自动化水平,也扩大HIS系统的外延。Objective To control the abuse of the drugs,include antibiotics,adjuvant drugs,hormonal drugs,and anaesthetic,and to ensure rational and safety of medical service. Methods Firstly,using technologies like XML,message queue,middleware interface and storing process as bridges to dock the HIS system with the driving license-like points system for prescription management system successfully,and then realize the design and optimization of the driving license-like points system for prescription management. Results Doctors in our hospital have all enhanced their quality awareness significantly referred to the driving license-like management since October 2016. Moreover,the proportions of drug,material ratio and health care cost,as well as mistakes in medicine records have greatly reduced,due to the improvement of doctors＇ self-control and department control.Conclusion ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂system and the driving license-like points system for prescription management system have successfully docked,which has integrated the patients＇ information,doctor＇s advices,expense and medicine information into the same supervisory platform. Therefore,the data of doctor＇s advices,medicine and expense has formed a concise,efficient and safe business loop,which has improved the level of automation of the three-level management,and also enlarged the extension of HIS system.
