摘  要:信息化支持系统专为军队医院机动卫勤分队开发使用,以信息化手段实现对卫勤分队卫生装备、人员、训练等进行实时管理的卫生战备信息管理系统。在软件开发方法上,采用计算机软件、数据库、PC端和移动端实时通联处理技术,使得卫勤分队装备信息系统可以进行物资统筹、精细化库房管理、装备补充和实时训练消耗补充,以实现信息化支持系统的任务分析、人员管理、药材装备、文书管理、信息查询等模块功能。该软件开发界面操作简便,系统信息全面,适应军队医院卫生战备建设和训练需要。To develop an information-based management system of medical war readiness for mobile medical service squadrons of military hospital and to achieve information-based real time management of equipment,personnel,training and supply of medical service squadrons. Real time interactive processing among software,database,PC terminal and mobile terminal is used as the development methodology,which enables the squadron equipment and supply information system to manage the overall stock,micro-manage storage,replenish equipment,restock training supply in real time. Modular functionalities of the information based support system,such as mission analysis,personnel management,medicine allocation,documents management and information enquiry are also realized through it. The development interface of the software is easy to use and contains comprehensive system information,which makes it well suited for the needs of construction and training in medical war readiness of military hospital. This article will conduct a brief analysis of the design and development of information-based support system software.
