摘 要:目的探讨应用模拟手段开展预选卫生士官战场救治技能考核与综合训练的教学组织方法。方法组织预选卫生士官按照技能模块分组进行模拟训练的技能操作考核,重点突出学员结合模拟训练模型与器材进行伤情评估、技能操作、理论知识问答、团队配合等,并分析其实施效果。结果通过采用模拟手段开展技能考核,分析预选卫生士官在战场救治技能掌握方面存在的问题,并进一步探讨解决办法。结论通过模拟手段开展技能训练考核有助于提高预选卫生士官战场救治综合能力,同时有利于增加团队凝聚力。Objective To explore the teaching methods of using simulation methods to conduct pre-selected health officers battlefield treatment skills assessment and comprehensive training. Methods The pre-selected health officers were grouped to perform skills assessment of simulation training based on the skills module,focusing on the trainees' combination of simulated training models and equipment for injury assessment,skills operation,theoretical knowledge,question and answer,teamwork,etc.,and the implementation effects were analyzed. Results Through the use of simulation techniques to carry out skills assessment,analyze the problems of pre-selected health officers in battlefield skills,and further explore solutions. Conclusion It is beneficial to carry out simulated skills assessment for improving the comprehensive battlefield treatment ability of pre-selected health officers,and for better team cohesion as well.
